Who we are

Stylezing UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16092739, registered office 182–184 High Street North, London E6 2JA. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at stylezingukltd@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use the quote form, WhatsApp or email, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the property postcode, and whatever you tell us about the job. If we visit the property we may take photographs and measurements as part of preparing your quote.

Our website also collects standard analytics data about pages visited, through Google Analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner when you first arrive.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to prepare and send your quote, to arrange the site visit, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performance of that contract.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you specifically ask us to, and we never sell or pass your information to third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only where the job needs it: structural engineers, building control, suppliers delivering to your address, and specialist subcontractors working on your project. Each of them receives only what they need. We also use ordinary business services such as email and form hosting, which process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years, which is the period during which a claim could be brought under a construction contract, and to meet our accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email stylezingukltd@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
