We are a building contractor working across Greater London, specialising in the larger jobs: extensions, loft and garage conversions, full house refurbishments, and whole-house rewires and replumbs. Our own teams, not whoever is free that week.

Why we focus on the big jobs

We do not do odd jobs. A blocked gutter or a single door is better handled by a local handyman, and we will say so. Where we earn our keep is the work that needs several trades sequenced properly over weeks or months: an extension with steel, glazing and a new kitchen; a loft with a staircase, fire strategy and en-suite; a whole house taken back to brick and rebuilt. Those jobs go wrong when nobody owns the whole programme. We own it.

London-wide from East Ham

Our base is in East Ham and East London is where most of our completed work is. But for the size of job we take on, the team is on site for weeks at a time, so distance matters far less than it does for a one-day visit. We run jobs from Havering in the east to Hounslow in the west, and from Enfield down to Croydon.

How we price

Every quote is itemised by trade and by stage, so you can see what the groundworks cost separately from the glazing. Where something genuinely cannot be known until we open up a floor or a wall, it goes in as a clearly labelled provisional sum rather than being buried in a round number.

You never pay us before work starts. Payments follow completed stages, set out in the contract before the first day on site. If we overrun for a reason that is ours, that is our cost, not yours.

Who you will actually deal with

One site manager runs your job from start to finish and gives you their direct number. You get photo updates at the end of each week, so you can see progress without having to be there. At the end we walk the job together, write the snag list together, and clear it before the final payment.

Stylezing UK Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16092739, with its registered office at 182–184 High Street North, London E6 2JA. We carry £2m public liability insurance and are a registered waste carrier. We are not currently VAT registered, which means no VAT on our labour.
