We provide construction and refurbishment services in the United Kingdom, including loft conversions, extensions, renovations, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms and related works.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary following site surveys, design changes, or unforeseen conditions.

Deposits & Payments

Payment schedules will be agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered. Late payments may pause works until resolved.

Works, Access & Safety

Clients must provide safe access to the site. We comply with UK health and safety regulations. Materials remain our property until paid in full.

Warranty

Workmanship warranty is provided in line with UK standards; manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes & Variations

Any variation to scope or specification must be agreed in writing and may affect cost and timelines.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
